Immersive Introduction to Ronin History (10 minutes)

Storytelling: Begin with a compelling narrative of a ronin’s journey, highlighting themes of loyalty and honor. Use sound effects and visuals to enhance the atmosphere.
Interactive Role Play: Participants take on roles in the story, fostering a personal connection to the ronin’s path.

Swordsmanship Demonstration and Training (20 minutes)

Live Demonstration: Watch a skilled samurai perform traditional sword techniques, emphasizing precision and discipline.
Hands-On Training: Participants practice basic sword techniques, learning stances, strikes, and blocks with practice swords. Partner drills simulate simple swordplay, supervised by instructors.

Open Hands Against Sword Training (15 minutes)

Interactive Training: Participants learn techniques to defend against a sword using open-hand methods. This includes disarming and evasion tactics.
Authentic Attire: Dress in traditional ronin attire to fully immerse in the training experience.

Introduction to Seppuku (15 minutes)

Ritual Explanation: Learn about the ritual of Seppuku, also known as Harakiri, where a samurai would cut his belly open, traditionally with a Wakizashi sword, as a form of ritual suicide to restore honor.

Q&A and Photo Opportunity (10 minutes)

Interactive Q&A: Participants ask questions about the ronin and samurai way of life, focusing on loyalty and honor.
Photo Session: Dress up in traditional samurai attire and pose with instructors.

Open Hands Against Sword and Katana Skills (30 minutes)

Interactive Training: Participants learn and practice techniques to defend against a sword using open-hand methods. This includes disarming and evasion tactics.
Advanced Katana Skills: Focus on more advanced katana techniques, including precision strikes and defensive maneuvers.
Hands-On Practice: Extended practice time allows participants to refine their skills and build confidence under the guidance of instructors.

Martial Arts and Personal Defense Workshop (20 minutes)

Interactive Demonstration: Hands-on demonstration of hand-to-hand combat
Participant Involvement: Practice self-defense moves with instructors, learning principles of balance, movement, and control.

BUDO Philosophy and Mental Discipline (20 minutes)

Guided Meditation: Experience a guided meditation session focusing on the principles of BUDO, enhancing mental discipline and focus.
Interactive Exercises: Participate in mental exercises designed to strengthen resolve and concentration.

Scenario-Based Activity: Engage in a live-action role-playing scenario, taking on the roles of ronin on a mission. Navigate challenges and make decisions based on the bushido code.
Team Collaboration: Work in teams to solve problems and complete the mission, fostering teamwork and embodying the ronin spirit of loyalty and honor.

Recognition and Opportunities (10 minutes)

Certificate of Achievement: Participants receive a certificate recognizing their accomplishments and participation in the experience.
Special Invitation: Participants are invited to train with the most important and recognized Samurai masters in Japan. This unique opportunity allows them to enhance their skills and understanding of samurai arts (travel and training fees apply).

Q&A, Photo Opportunity, and Souvenir Distribution (10 minutes)

Interactive Q&A: Ask questions and share experiences about the ronin’s values of loyalty and honor.
Photo Session: Dress up in traditional attire and pose with instructors.
Souvenir Distribution: Receive personalized mementos, such as calligraphy scrolls with their names written in Japanese, symbolizing loyalty and honor.
